Hi everyone, I'm winter_tempest aka Kaysha.  I'm new to NaNo and super excited for November first to get here!  My genre is young adult adventure/fantasy/sci fi -ish.

Nice to know there are fellow utah NaNo-ers!

Can we put this introduction page to the General Board so others from around Utah can intro themselves as well?  ;D

Well lemme see.

Hi I'm Wandering_wolf. But you can call me Wolfie or Brit if you'd like. I'm seventeen and this is my first NaNo. I'm WAY excited to get under way but I have to admit I dunno if I'll be able to get 50,000 words...

I'm Marty. This'll be my 3rd NaNo. This year I'm trying a post apocalyptic adventure. Should be fun. Maybe turn it into an ongoing thing with sequels. Don't know yet. Depends on how well it goes this time around.

Hey there.  I'm Amber and this is my second NaNo.  I'll be writing a historical/literary/fantasy(?) novel.

Wolfie:  I have faith in you!  After the first 49,990 words,  the rest just seem to fly by. ;-D

Hey everyone, I don't have TV and I've been sick and I have absolutely nothing but the internet and my DS to entertain me at point...  Maybe it's just the medicine screwing with me but I can't wait to get started on nano, and I wish I could make it to the meetings...

I'm the ML for... well, it was Utah :: Elsewhere. But they reassigned me to the new Utah :: Springville region. I'm going to see if they'll change that to Utah County, or Provo or something that makes a little more sense.

For Nano this year, I'm writing... something. Not sure yet. :)

I'm Beth, and this is my eleventy-billionth Nano.

This year I'm writing a sequel to last year's, a choose-your-own-adventure novel about a private investigator who gets transferred into the body of a chimpanzee and goes to Mars to fight crime.

If anyone would like to be tuckerized (and most likely either killed, or put into unsavory positions with chimps/aliens/gangsters/etc) lemme know.

That sounds amazing.

I'm konajar, "hey you", call me whatever. This is my fourth time doing NaNo (I've won twice before) and I'm looking forward to this year. I just moved to Utah o.O so I'm adjusting as well. I have no story yet, no plot whatsoever, not even a genre or MC or snippet. I'm actually trying to finish my current WiP (should be any day now) before plotting my NaNo. XD

I'm Havoc, also called Jen, and I guess this is my fifth Nano. (Wow, doesn't seem like that many... possibly because I try to forget a lot of what happens during them afterwards...)

I'm doing a Fantasy/Adventure/Comedy where a guy who keeps worlds from invading each other for a living goes on vacation. Then various people from all the different worlds he's been to show up and try to kill him. There are ninjas, snow ball fights, scarves,  monsters from old horror movies, pixies with AK47s, and economics.

And beth, I would love to be horribly murdered in your novel. The fact that I enjoy reading accounts of myself horribly murdered is probably a bad sign for my sanity, but the fact that I'm doing Nanowrimo AGAIN speaks volumes on that account anyway.

Hi, I'm Jon, and I've yet to finish NaNoWriMo, even though this will be my third or fourth attempt. If there were such a thing as a professional lurker, that would be me. I read books about how to do stuff, like writing, and never actually do them. NaNoWriMo is my yearly attempt to break out of my lurker shell. Wish me luck. :)

Howdy everyone!  I'm Bipolar...  I mean Brainy!  Yeah, so I joined last year, and then did absolutely nothing, and I felt all guilty about it, so I just have to make up for it this year.  Yeah, My only ideas so far is that I'm going to write a fantasy, because they are my favorites.  other than that, I don't hink I'm structured enough to actually plan any of the novel out.  I'll be content with planning when I'm going to write it.... probably around 1:00 to 2:30 every weekday, and whatever else I can manage to fit in there.  Oh, I almost forgot.  I'm Pokemon_Brainiac on the official site, although I usually tend to be rather reclusive, and you may not get to see much more of me than this, we'll see.  I recently decided that I have multiple personality disorder, and am Bipolar, so I'll try to reflect that a little bit and show some talkative-ness in the coming month-and-a-lot-of-a-month, but I can't make any promises...  Bipolar-ism might not be very long lasting.
